Device description:
CLAMPINE is a device that enables the temporary installation of work platforms and chimney sweep benches on sloped roofs covered with sheet metal using standing seam and angle seam technology. The temporary nature of the installation allows for renovation, remodeling, and maintenance work to be carried out on the roof surface without interfering with its structure.

HIGH CLAMPING FORCE

Installation of the device
The CLAMPINE device is secured using a push-pull clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism ensures a secure hold, and thanks to the adjustment screw, it can be attached to any type of standing seam. The level of the cradle (top plate) is adjusted using a wing screw by selecting the appropriate locking hole. Thanks to the holes at the front and back, the platform can be additionally screwed to the cradle.

Installation on roofs covered with standing-seam metal panels
CLAMPINE can be installed on standing-seam metal panel roofs using the CL Adapter. The CL Adapter is available in two versions—the choice depends on the height of the standing seam specified by the sheet metal manufacturer, so always check compatibility before purchasing. Installation can be performed on either the main base side or the clamping side—depending on the direction in which the roof panels are laid—making CLAMPINE versatile regardless of the snap-lock side. The adapter must always be located on the side of the bottom sheet.
